Start here
To keep sessions focused and fair, I ask that you email first with a brief description of your issue. This lets me confirm whether I can help, which service fits, or whether you shouldn’t pay at all.
Please include (3–5 sentences is enough):
- The policy type (e.g. business pack, PI, home, motor)
- What you want clarity on (one issue)
- Whether there is an active claim or dispute (yes/no)
Please don’t send documents at this stage. This is just to match you to the right service.

How to send documents
For written reviews, the simplest process is: purchase first, then email your documents.
- Send your policy schedule + wording (PDFs are best)
- Include your questions (bullet points are fine)
- Do not send sensitive IDs unless relevant (e.g. driver licence, passport)
Optional: if you have a form endpoint (Tally/Formspree/Typeform), you can add it below. Otherwise, email is fastest.
FAQ
Is this advice?
No. This is general information and document explanation only. I don’t provide financial product advice, legal advice, or insurance broking services.
Will you tell me if my claim will be paid?
No. I can explain what the policy says, where the decision risk sits, and what questions matter. Claims outcomes depend on facts and the insurer’s assessment process.
Do you contact my insurer or argue the claim?
No. I don’t act on your behalf with insurers. This service helps you understand wording so you can approach your insurer or broker with clarity.
What if I book and it’s out of scope?
If it becomes clear at the start that the issue is outside scope, we stop and you receive a full refund.
Can I record the call?
Sessions are not to be recorded or shared without consent. They are for your personal use only.
What documents do you need for a written review?
Policy schedule + policy wording (PDF). If relevant: endorsements, renewal invite, and any key emails about changes.
